Modern office setting Food provided Modern office setting On-the-job training Safe work environment Duties - Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the dental office - Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the office's scheduling system - Collect and update patient information, including medical history, HIPPA and insurance details - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries or concerns - Assist with dental administrative support tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed - Ensure a clean and organized reception area for patients - Maintain patient confidentiality, adhere to HIPAA and OSHA regulations Skills - Baseline knowledge of dental terminology and understanding of basic dental procedures - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with office equipment, such as computers, printers, and fax machines - Experience working in a medical office or dental office setting is preferred Note:
